# How to Add a New Medical Examination?

In EMJOGO, to add a new medical examination, follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's medical record](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58145-how-to-view-an-athlete-s-medical-record);
2. In the "_Medical Exams_" tab, click on the "**+ Add New Medical Exam**" button;
3. In the form, under "_Scheduling Information_" fill in the "**Scheduling Date**";
4. After receiving the medical exam results, in the "_Delivery Information_" section, fill in the "**Delivery Date**" and "**Validity Date**", upload the document, and indicate whether the athlete is "**Fit**" or "**Unfit**" to participate in sports in the "_Medical Decision_" section;
5. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.

**💡 Note**

This information will be necessary to consult the medical exam report in the Administrative area.
