# How to Add Documents to an Athlete's Injury Record?

In EMJOGO, you can add documents to each athlete's injury record to complement the information on the work performed. Follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's injury record](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58157-how-to-view-an-athlete-s-injury-record);
2. In the "_Documents_" tab, click on the "_+ Add Documents_" button to add a new document;
3. In the form presented, fill in the "_Name_" and choose the document you want to add;
4. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.

After the operation, the document will be displayed in the document table.
