# How to Add Documents to an Athlete's Medical Record?

In EMJOGO, you can add documents to complement the medical information of an athlete. Follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's medical record](https://help.emjogo.pt/pt/articles/58145-como-visualizar-a-ficha-clinica-de-um-atleta);
2. In the "_Documents_" tab, click on the "**+ Add Documents**" button;
3. In the form presented, fill in the "_Name_" and choose the document you want to add;
4. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.

**💡 Note**

To access this information, you need full permission for "_Athlete Medical Information_".
