# How to Add Training Sessions?

In EMJOGO, to add training sessions, follow these steps:

1. Access the [page of the team](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58570-how-to-access-a-team) you want;
2. On the team's page, click the "**View Trainings**" button on the right side;
3. Click the "**Add Trainings**" button;
4. In the form, the mandatory fields are "_date_", "_start time_", "_end time_" and "_local_". However, you can fill in all the information to make the training session as complete as possible;
5. If you want to repeat the training on the same day every week, select the "**Repeat Training**" option and set the date until which the training will repeat;
6. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.
