# How to Add Treatments to an Athlete's Injury Record?

In EMJOGO, to add treatments to an athlete's injury record, follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's injury record](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58157-how-to-view-an-athlete-s-injury-record);
2. In the "_Treatments_" tab, click on the "**+ Add Treatment**" button;
3. In the form presented, fill in the various fields to describe the treatment in as much detail as possible;
4. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.
