# How to Associate a School with an Athlete?

In EMJOGO, to associate a school with an athlete, follow these steps:

1. Access the [Academic Record of the athlete](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/57043-how-to-view-the-academic-record-of-an-athlete);
2. In the "_Schools_" tab, click on the "**+ Add School**" button to associate the school(s) that the athlete attends during the sports season;
3. In the presented form, fill in the fields such as "_School_", "_Enrollment Date_", "_Area_", "_Year_", "_Class_" and "_Class Director_" if necessary;
4. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.

In the list of schools that you can associate with an athlete, you can only choose a school that has been previously created in the "Sports Settings" - School.
