# How to Close an Athlete's Injury Record?

In EMJOGO, to close an athlete's injury record, follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's injury record](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58157-how-to-view-an-athlete-s-injury-record);
2. In the side panel, click on the "**Edit Record**" button;
3. In the form, change the athlete's status to "**Available**" and the injury status to "_Closed_";
4. In the "_Recovery_" tab, fill in the "**Recovery Date**";
5. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.

After this action, the athlete will be marked as fit.
