# How to Edit a Medical Examination?

In EMJOGO, to edit a medical examination, follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's medical record](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58145-how-to-view-an-athlete-s-medical-record);
2. In the "_Medical Exams_" tab, in the table of medical exams, choose the exam you want to edit and click on the "**pencil**" icon in the "_Actions_" field to change all the information you want;
3. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.
