# How to Perform the Assessment and Diagnosis of an Injury?

In EMJOGO, to perform the assessment and diagnosis of an injury, follow these steps:

1. Access the [athlete's injury record](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58155-how-to-access-athlete-injuries).
2. In the side panel, click on the "**Edit Record**" button;
3. In the "_Assessment and Diagnosis_" tab, fill in the various specific diagnostic fields;
4. Finish by clicking the "**Save**" button.
