# How to Print the Model 9 (Sports Medical Examination)?

In EMJOGO, you can print Model 9 in two ways:

1. **Print Model 9 without a Date:**

* Access the athlete's medical record.
* In the "Medical Exams" tab, click on the "Print Model 9 IPDJ" button.

After this action, the file will be filled with information from the athlete's most recent season.
2. **Print Model 9 with a Date:**

* Access the athlete's medical record.
* In the "Medical Exams" tab, click on the "+ Add New Medical Exam" button.
* In the form presented, in the "Scheduling Information" area, fill in the "Scheduling Date" field.
* Finish by clicking the "Save" button to create the new medical exam.
* In the table of medical exams, in the "Actions" column, click on the "eye" icon.
* In the lateral area, under "Actions," click on the "Print Model 9 IPDJ" button.

After this action, the file will be filled with the scheduling date of the medical exam and the information from the athlete's most recent season.
