# How to print the team's global agenda

Follow the steps to print the team's global agenda in your EMJOGO's workspace:

1. In your homepage, click on the "**Agenda**" application that is in the "_Sports management_" area;
2. Select one of the options ("month" or "week") at the upper right corner of the page to be able to view the schedule of all teams on a monthly or weekly basis;
3. Click on the "**Print calendar**" button;
4. After this operation, a PDF file will be generated and you'll be able to consult all the information regarding training and matches;
5. You can use the search options to filter the information the way you prefer.

**💡 Note**

The agenda is printed in a list format, regardless of choosing monthly or weekly view.
