# How to View a Team's Training Schedule?

In EMJOGO, to view a team's training schedule, follow these steps:

1. Access the [page of the team](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58570-how-to-access-a-team) you want to check.
2. On the team page, in the lateral area, click on "**View Training Sessions**".

On the displayed page, you can review all the training sessions conducted or scheduled, along with relevant information such as date, average duration, and the space used for each session.
