# How to View a Training Session?

In EMJOGO, to view and analyze the details of a training session, follow these steps:

1. Access the [page of the team](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58570-how-to-access-a-team) you're interested in;
2. On the team's page, click on "**View Training**";
3. You can review all the training sessions, both completed and scheduled, along with related information;
4. Click on the specific training session you want to view, and it will be displayed in detail;
5. You can check all the recorded data for the training under the tabs "_Planning_", "_Attendance Sheet_", "_Documents_" and in the "_Training Unit_" area (if you have the Training Units add-on).

If you prefer to see a training session from the current week, you can use the search feature or go to the team's page, open the "_General_" tab, and look in the "**Training Microcycle**" section.
