# How to View an Athlete's Medical Record?

In EMJOGO, to view an athlete's medical record, follow these steps:

1. Access the [individual profile of the athlete](https://help.emjogo.pt/en/articles/58572-how-to-view-an-athlete-s-individual-profile);
2. In the "_Clinical_" tab, you have access to a summary of the athlete's medical information for the respective sports season. To view the complete medical record, click on the "**View Medical Record**" button in the "_Clinical Information_" section.

You can review all the medical data recorded for the athlete through the tabs "_Injuries_", "_Medical Exams_" and "_Documents_".

To access this information, you need permission for "_Athlete Medical Information_".
