In EMJOGO, to view an athlete's medical record, follow these steps:
Access the individual profile of the athlete;
In the "Clinical" tab, you have access to a summary of the athlete's medical information for the respective sports season. To view the complete medical record, click on the "View Medical Record" button in the "Clinical Information" section.
You can review all the medical data recorded for the athlete through the tabs "Injuries", "Medical Exams" and "Documents".

To access this information, you need permission for "Athlete Medical Information".
