In EMJOGO, you can print Model 9 in two ways:
Print Model 9 without a Date:
Access the athlete's medical record.
In the "Medical Exams" tab, click on the "Print Model 9 IPDJ" button.
After this action, the file will be filled with information from the athlete's most recent season.
Print Model 9 with a Date:
Access the athlete's medical record.
In the "Medical Exams" tab, click on the "+ Add New Medical Exam" button.
In the form presented, in the "Scheduling Information" area, fill in the "Scheduling Date" field.
Finish by clicking the "Save" button to create the new medical exam.
In the table of medical exams, in the "Actions" column, click on the "eye" icon.
In the lateral area, under "Actions," click on the "Print Model 9 IPDJ" button.
After this action, the file will be filled with the scheduling date of the medical exam and the information from the athlete's most recent season.
