How to Create an Exercise?

Creating Exercises to Associate with Training Units

In EMJOGO, to create an exercise, follow these steps:

  1. Access the team's profile for which you want to create an exercise;

  2. In the side menu, under "Actions", click on the "Exercise Library" button;

  3. On the exercises page, you can create a new exercise by clicking on the "Add Exercise" button;

  4. In the form that appears, add the exercise image (or draw an exercise after its creation) and fill in the fields in the following areas:

    • "General Information" - Title, Specific Objectives, Description, and Success Criteria

    • "Options" - Define the category, subcategory, orientation, and training regime, as well as the duration, number of repetitions, and the total number of athletes participating in the exercise

    • "More Information" - Space and materials required for the exercise, along with any additional notes

  5. Finish by clicking the "Save" button.

After this action, the exercise will be created and available in the exercise library to be used in the training units as needed.

🔎 Usage Tip

You can also add exercises directly in the Training Unit by clicking on "+ Add Exercise" in one of the phases. In the list of exercises presented, click on "Create a new exercise".

💡 Note

This functionality is only available in the Professional Sports Management Plan.
