In EMJOGO, registering the work of a Training Unit allows the coach to compare the planned training session with what actually happened. This enables the adjustment of exercises and training units in the future, aiming to achieve excellence in organization and expected performance of created training units.
To do this, follow these steps:
The registration of the Training Unit is done directly on the training session's page;
On the training session page, go to the "Training Unit" section and click the "Register Training Unit" button;
On the presented page, the exercises used in the training unit will be displayed;
For each exercise, on the left side, you can view information about the exercise and the planned time for it;
On the right side, fill in the fields "Observations in training" and "Real Time (RT)" to register the information that actually happened during the training session;
After entering the information, save by clicking the "Save" button.
Real-time and cumulative time will be automatically calculated, allowing you to analyze the "Planning vs. Reality" of the training session and adjust the working method in the future.
