For each athlete, record the "Status" you want: "Present", "Conditioned", "Injured (Absent)", "Discipline (Absent)", "Absent without justification", "Absent with justification" or "Excused";
For each athlete, you can also record the training time using the "Arrival" and "Departure" fields. Only fill in these columns if the athlete arrives late or leaves the training session early, respectively. The system will automatically calculate the training minutes based on the start and end times;
For each athlete, you can record additional information in the "Observations" field, such as training commitment or the reason for absence;
If an athlete from another team participated in the training session, add them by clicking the "+ Add athlete from another category" button;
Finish by clicking the "Save" button.

To evaluate an athlete's performance in EMJOGO, follow these steps:

Access the individual profile of the athlete you want to assess.
In the athlete's individual profile, under the "Athlete" tab, in the "Sports Performance" section, click on the "Add New Evaluation" button.
Rate the desired attributes in technical, physical, tactical, and psychological assessments on a scale from 0 to 10, along with respective observations. Only the attributes you fill in will be considered for the evaluation.
Complete the final evaluation information, including "Date," "Responsible", "Main Qualities", "Areas for Improvement" and "Final Evaluation."
Click the "Save" button.

💡 Note

After this action, you can analyze the athlete's overall grade and area-specific grades from the last sports assessment made. In the "Sports Performance" section, you can check all assessments recorded for the athlete in the table and perform actions like viewing, editing, and deleting an evaluation.

How to Print/Export the Team Report by School Establishment?

In EMJOGO, to print/export the report of teams by school establishment, follow these steps:

Click on "Academic" in the administration area in the "Sports Management" block or in the main menu under "Sports";
In the displayed list, in the "Reports" field, click on the "By establishment" button;
In the table on the school establishments page, click on the school you want to see the list of all athletes associated with the selected school;
In the advanced search area, in the "Team" field, select the team you want;
In the side panel, click on the Print/Export button.

After this operation, a PDF file will be opened (for printing) or you can open the downloaded Excel file (for exporting). In both cases, you can view the information filled in the school record of the athletes. You can use the advanced search area to filter the information you want.

In EMJOGO, to view athlete statistics, you should follow these steps:

Access the team's page you want;
On the team's page, in the 'Reports' section, click on the 'Athlete Statistics' button;

In this panel, you can check all the statistical data recorded for athletes during matches and training.

Only closed matches and training sessions count for the statistics.
