In EMJOGO, you can add documents to complement the medical information of an athlete. Follow these steps:
Access the athlete's medical record;
In the "Documents" tab, click on the "+ Add Documents" button;
In the form presented, fill in the "Name" and choose the document you want to add;
Finish by clicking the "Save" button.

To access this information, you need full permission for "Athlete Medical Information".
