How to Add Documents to an Athlete's Medical Record?

In EMJOGO, you can add documents to complement the medical information of an athlete. Follow these steps:

1. Access the athlete's medical record;
2. In the "Documents" tab, click on the "+ Add Documents" button;
3. In the form presented, fill in the "Name" and choose the document you want to add;
4. Finish by clicking the "Save" button.

💡 Note

To access this information, you need full permission for "Athlete Medical Information".
